Overview
This ten-week journey weaves together Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and yin yoga into a deep, embodied practice of self-exploration. Each session combines guided teaching with the slow, grounding presence of yin yoga, creating a safe space to meet yourself with curiosity rather than judgment.
What a session looks like
Sessions open with a short grounding practice, move into ACT-based exploration of a theme for the week (values, acceptance, present-moment awareness, committed action), and close with a yin yoga sequence that lets the material settle into the body rather than stay in the head.
